Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Supercarshare website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility
To use Supercarshare, you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Australian driver’s license, and pass our identity and eligibility verification process. We reserve the right to decline access or ownership participation at our discretion.

2. Ownership Structure
Supercarshare offers fractional ownership of luxury vehicles, where each vehicle is divided into 1/6 ownership shares. By purchasing a share, you gain partial legal ownership and access to the vehicle in accordance with our usage agreement and schedule.

Vehicle access is managed via a rotational calendar, and all owners are expected to comply with agreed-upon usage policies, including vehicle handling, booking etiquette, return procedures, and maintenance responsibilities.

3. Payments and Fees

Ownership involves a one-time purchase fee for the vehicle share and ongoing monthly contributions for insurance, registration, maintenance, and platform management.

All payments must be made through our approved payment system. Late payments may incur penalties and could result in suspension of access to the vehicle or legal proceedings for breach of contract.

4. Vehicle Use and Conduct

As a co-owner, you agree to operate the vehicle safely and responsibly at all times. You must not use the vehicle for any illegal, commercial, or rideshare purposes. Smoking, racing, and unapproved modifications are strictly prohibited.

Any damage, accidents, or violations incurred during your usage period must be reported immediately. You may be liable for excess or repair costs not covered by insurance.

5. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are insured under a comprehensive group policy. However, owners may be individually responsible for the insurance excess or uncovered damages in the event of a claim resulting from their use.

Supercarshare does not accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

6. Termination and Exit

You may exit your ownership position by selling your share through our platform, subject to approval and compliance with our resale policy. Supercarshare reserves the right to terminate your access or ownership in cases of fraud, breach of agreement, or consistent non-compliance with platform rules.

7. Platform Access and Availability

We strive to maintain consistent access to our digital platform and scheduling tools. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for system outages, bugs, or technical issues outside of our control.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or platform announcements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of New South Wales.
